1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the jii7 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at jii7.net.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a jii7 account.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the jii7 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by jii7 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jii7 Platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. jii7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jii7 Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. jii7 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one jii7 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jii7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your jii7 account. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. jii7 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

2.5 KYC Verification. jii7 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jii7 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jii7 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your jii7 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jii7 support immediately via live chat. jii7 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the affected account.

3.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the devices you use to access jii7 are free from malware, keyloggers, and other security threats. jii7 recommends logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jii7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available payment methods may change from time to time at jii7's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds may be adjusted by jii7 with reasonable notice to Players.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on the jii7 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jii7 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your jii7 account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. jii7 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jii7 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jii7 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. jii7 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the jii7 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealing protocols that are independently audited for fairness. jii7 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all Players.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game outcome, jii7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. jii7 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Disconnection Policy. If a Player is disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. jii7 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jii7 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino tables and tournaments.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity theft, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Players or the normal operation of the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

9.2 Limited Licence. jii7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

9.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, crawl, frame, or mirror any portion of the jii7 Platform without prior written consent from jii7. Any unauthorised use of jii7's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. jii7 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jii7's control may result in temporary unavailability. jii7 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.

10.2 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jii7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jii7's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jii7 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services. The jii7 Platform may integrate third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service providers. jii7 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service provider.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

jii7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. 12. Amendments to These Terms

13.3 Formal Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

13.4 Waiver of Class Action. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
